ELEVATOR PITCH:
Constable Harper Throne, an officer in the VDP when it’s met with a string of cases linking active members of their police force with gun-related crimes across the city. After a member of her own unit is accused, Throne sets out on her own journey to uncover the truth, which leads her to find a bin of retired service guns is found in an unauthorized warehouse, causing even more fingers to point to the detachment’s security and credibility. The government assigns her onto the case, as well as, to her chagrin, CSIS Agent Osborne Jane, a man who she wishes she didn’t know. When the case dumps them into dangerous enemy territory, they have to decide whether to work together as a team, or separate and go it alone.Character & Location List

Main Character
Harper Throne is a constable on major crimes unit of the Vic-PD, a city based police department. She lives just down the street from her local detachment in the city, in a small cozy apartment. She works with a close knit crew of officers on her unit, investigating various major crimes across the city. Fiercely protective of those she cares for, and passionate about her job, she hopes to work her way up the ranks to being head of the unit. -

Obsorne Jane is a surveillance officer for CSIS. Despite being born in Victoria BC, he has no real home base, often being sent across the country or and the world whenever needed. He graduated from the same classes Throne did, but instead he set his sights on intelligence work, having more of an eye for watching people than violence. After spending a year getting to know the work of CSIS and being monitored as an office based intelligent agent, he’s been out on the field for the past four.
