What does a team leader do??

Good question, @HMMHhehe! The job of a team leader is to motivate the reviewers throughout the day, to promote reviewing and try to prevent possible burnouts. In the past, they've also offered points or rewards to users who do a certain number of reviews or earn their team a particular amount of points. It's not compulsory, but the extra encouragement can go a long way. Basically they'd be riling up the friendly competition to clear the Green Room and shower some love to all the amazing writers' works.
You're free to vote for who you think would be worthy (including yourself if you like!), preferably someone with a good leading energy and a contagious enthusiasm, by simply typing out their user here. -
I do think HMMHhehe would make a great team captain if they're interested!
