RevMo 2022 Review Day September 23rd - 25th https://media.giphy.com/media/JIX9t2j0ZTN9S/giphy.gif For those of you who have been around for several years, you may remember we used to have a review day at the end of every month! Well, in the spirit of Review Month, we've decided to bring this tradition back - albeit in the form of a 3-day event! Uhhh, What's A Review Day? In the past, people could sign up to be a part of a review day and they would be automatically sorted into teams. Teams would compete to earn the most points from reviewing, and whichever team had earned the most at the end of 24 hours would be crowned the review day winner! Our review day event is going to be formatted slightly differently, but the goal is the same - to write lots of reviews (and earn bragging rights, too, of course). Instead of counting points, we'll be counting the total numbers of reviews written by each team. Remember that reviews should be constructive and work-specific, so if we see a review that qualifies as review spam it will not be counted. How Do I Sign Up? Great question! To sign up, simply respond to this thread in advance voicing your interest . You must sign up by September 22 in order to be part of a team. If you don't sign up in time, but still want to participate, you're of course still welcome to write lots of reviews on your own, and you can also log them in this thread if you like! Before the start of the first review day, those who sign up will be randomly divided into two teams. Each team will have its own thread to spread hype, strategize, encourage each other, and pick a fun team name if they so choose. Thread One Team A Thread Two Team B During The Review Day(s) During the event, you can log the reviews you write in this thread. Just make one reply, and then edit in links to reviews as you write them so that things don't get crowded! Also be sure to record which team you're a part of at the top of your post . There will be a grace period of 6 hours to update all your links before the reviews get counted and the winning team announced. The official start and end of the event will be 09/23/2022 00:00 EDT - 09/25/2022 00:00 EDT . Reviews must be completed during this time in order to count toward team scores! If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the thread below!

*beep boop* Here's a quick notification for all our Review Day participants!

After the official end time which you can check in the main post, there will be an 8-hour grace period for you to log any remaining reviews. When the 8-hour period is up, the reviews will be tallied up and the winning team announced.

All the best with the reviews!
