I was just wondering because sometimes I like to analyze the actions and thoughts of characters to try and predict why they act the way they are, but I don’t know if all writers want that over an analysis on writing flow, for example, or spelling, or anything else.

I personally see psychological analysis as a fun thing to do with my character when bored!

But when someone is reviewing... I just want to know that everything in the story makes sense, it makes sense why Tim is shoveling his driveway. You don't need a psychological analysis for that. I want to know my grammar is good. But do what you want for your own reviews I'm just saying how I do mine.
