I know this! I think... Cat was her favourite animal and 15 was her favourite number. Or she had 15 cats. Or wanted to have 15 cats. Or 15 just sounded cool.

Well.

Nate needed one of his chimps to join to spy on us. He wanted it to be under the radar, so he asked his chimp to be a kitty. So, 'Kitty15' joined.
SO. She's a chimp spying on us for Nate.
