His elbow should prolly be resting on his knee...and your proportions are slightly off. I'd recheck your work and look at some people at your office to see limb lengths.

For some odd reason, people in my office get a bit creeped out when I stare at them... so here is the inked version... pretend I can draw. :D that's what I do!
