I did this one quite quickly, so it isn't very good quality
I raise a white flag to be free From the sin that has infected me. I lift my eyes up to Heaven And understand the grace that He has given.
I follow the road of the cross. Carrying it, I follow no matter what the cost. Foolish to some, I still continue on Knowing that this is not where I belong.
Heaven awaits as a beautiful reward And that is what I am striving for. At the end of the race I will see The beauty and splendor of Christ's majesty
Road - smooth rhymes! Life - maybe instead of "small" you can say "though" so you have a smoother transition(?) but yay for haikus! Well done ^^ I want to see more of your poems :O still lots of time to catch up!
I wonder if people felt the freedom in our culture to love louder, if they'd be quicker to say "I miss you" when the absence of someone is felt instead of just thinking it. — soundofmind
