Rayah

I didn't love him?

I turn around, awestruck. "What? How in hell could you say that? I said YES when you preposed! I went through hell having those kids! I almost got killed! For you!" I yelled, shaking my head. "For you..."

I shake my head again and turn around and just keep walking.

Jace

I can't hear her, the sound of my heart breaking overwhelming everything else around me. I grip my hair tighter and allow the pain to fizzle through my head, reminding me that this is real. Stopping, I grip the grass and hold onto it, not wanting this to be anything more than a dream.

Rayah

I stop again, still shaking my head. I turn around. "And maybe...Since I 'Didn't love you' Maybe you could find someone else. Because apparently, You don't know me at all." I sobbed, crossing my arms.

Jace

"I loved you!" I sob, unable to look up, "I loved you so f***ing much! What did I do wrong?! Why did you do this to me?!"

Rayah

I shake my head again, "You did nothing! I didn't know what I was doing! Give me that! I have never EVER 'cheated' on someone! I don't know what that is!" I said, not believing he would think any of this.

Jace

"What did I do wrong?" I sob to myself, "What did I ever do?"

Rayah

I roll my eyes, "I just told you! Nothing! Man up!" I chuckled, shaking my head.

Jace

I cover my head with my arms, feeling like I'm going to throw up. I hold my breath and move my arms to my stomach, my forehead against the cold grass.

Rayah

He starts to have a spasm type thing and I look at him, "God, Just get up. Go kiss a girl. Get over me." I muttered, walking away while humming.

Jace

I glance up at her, my stomach knotting, and take a deep breath.

"How do I get over the only one I'm ever going to love?" I whisper to myself, choking back a sob but not holding back the tears.

Rayah

I sigh while walking back to the house. I close the door behind me and sit on the couch, taking my head in my hands.

"Mommy! Is daddy coming back?" I heard Logan ask infront of me.

I shake my head, "I don't know," I sighed. He makes a cry face.

I look up at him and take him in my arms, "But Mommy's here."

Jace

I composed myself and somehow kept from puking, wiping the tears from my eyes and sitting up. I look at the door longingly, unsure as what to do next, and pull my knees to my chest again.

What did we do to deserve this?

Rayah

I watch the kids for a while before laying down in bed, looking through pictures.

Jace

I take a breath before standing and slowly walking towards the house. Not wanting to run into anyone, I slip up the stairs and freeze when i find Rayah in the bedroom.

Rayah

I glance to my left and see Jace. "Welcome back." I muttered.
