What's your long-term writing goal?

  • Make a living as an active published novelist/poet 44%
  • Work in the field otherwise (agent, journalist, etc.) 6%
  • Publish just anything; then I'm happy doing other things 21%
  • Keep writing just as a hobby and pastime 27%
  • I probably won't keep on writing 1%

i write because i get the urge, not because i want anything i write to be widely recognized. it's a hobby for me.

I'd like to be a screenwriter, although being a director is probably my #1 choice. (If you were wondering, I LIKE MOVIES. A LOT.)

my goal is to write an amazing story that really makes you want to keep reading and never put it down. i also want to make a book that can be turned into a movie. it would be awesome. so far i'm in the 4th chapter of my novel..but yea in the future i will defiantly become a writer. :D :P
