I like your poems better the less they rhyme, but i think you have a great way of picking out symbols and topics.

*throws snowmonkey a life-vest* :)

I'm enjoying the variety in your poems snowmonkey - you are a clever rhymer and great at creating good flow especially in your rhyming pieces. I think 9 is my favorite so far - it's simple language, but comes across so genuinely!
you should know i am a time traveler &
there is no season as achingly temporary as now
but i have promised to return

You're not sinking, you've got this!

I think #8 is my favourite of yours so far - the last line brings across so much with really very few words.
"The fact is, I don't know where my ideas come from. Nor does any writer. The only real answer is to drink way too much coffee and buy yourself a desk that doesn't collapse when you beat your head against it." --Douglas Adams

You walk into this room at your own risk, because it leads to the future, not a future that will be but one that might be. This is not a new world, it is simply an extension of what began in the old one. It has patterned itself after every dictator who has ever planted the ripping imprint of a boot on the pages of history since the beginning of time. It has refinements, technological advances, and a more sophisticated approach to the destruction of human freedom. But like every one of the super states that preceded it, it has one iron rule: logic is an enemy and truth is a menace.
— Rod Serling
