Prophecies, Bloodshed, and Gays

Shara pouted. "Th..think of something."

Nahi shook their head. “Nope.”

Shara pouted. "This is very unfair."

Nahi giggled. “How’s it unfair?”

"I'm carrying you to our room. I promised to heal you. And in return I can't get so much as a kiss on the cheek for compensation."

Nahi squeaked. “A… a… did you… I… um…” They covered their face.

Shara frowned. She hadn't said anything that would embarrass them, had she? "I..uhh...why are you covering your face?"

“Kiss… on cheek… and… and…” She squeaked.

"Yeah? I'm not about to attack you with kisses on the cheek." Shara giggled. "I said I'm not even getting a kiss on the cheek."

“Did… did you… want one…?”

Shara shrugged. "Its one possibility for compensation I guess. But that's too much to ask. I met you barely fifteen minutes ago."

“Right. Right. Sorry.” Nahi frowned.

Shara nodded. "Of course if you don't mind giving me a kiss. I won't complain."

Nahi squealed, covering their face again.

Ohhh. Now I was starting to understand. "Is that another thing you find embarrassing?"
