I can feel my soul seeping out.
It leaks into paper,
Thick as blood, yet thin as water.
It dissolves and burns.
My blood is tainted ink
It etches my heart into sheets of skin.
Carving runes I stare at too much
And they become meaningless symbols.
It leaves my chest hollow,
I am a vessel slowly losing its substance.
And the shape of my soul and the culmination of my being slowly begins to lose its shape,
It becomes sharp as thorns
And soft as rain-burdened clouds
And broken like a mirror
And an empty bottle begging to be filled.
I can feel my soul seeping out
In its liquid form as tears.

This poem is absolutely beautiful, and is so raw and vulnerable!
I love this analogy and how bitter and harsh it is about losing yourself.
I would try and use a little more "vagueness" and not over explain yourself, to have readers be able to shape and form it to their own lives.
But that was wonderful! Good job my friend, please keep writing!
