Haha yay! There's a topic for them! High Five Vernon! Woot woot!

Well, I like them.

And oy! Who's to say a fourteen year old can't type? Just because you couldn't :P.

But I like these books. They're really original. Except the Twilight Woods dwell in the same place in my nightmares as barrowights *shivers*...

My brother read them first, and while I didn't love them, they were a passable read for a rainy weekend. Or an airplane. But Garth Nix, Tolkein, and Dave Barry pwn. them to death.

I thought all of them were great, very original. They could teach up-and-coming fantasy writers how to stand out from the crowd.

Aye, i read 'Beyond the Deepwoods' (i t'ink it's called that anywho)
It was a nice breezy read, but not anything amazing.
It wasn't hard to work out what the little chap's father was

I've read them. I wouldn't give them 10/10. Nice books, but depressingly predictable is the most recent one I've read: 'Freeglader'. Nice to read, but still a kids book to me. Mind you, compared to what else I read, that's not surprising!

*EDIT* Oh dear. Just realised the huge two year bump. Sorry  *EDIT*

My brother read a few of them.

Don't aim at success--the more you aim at it and make it a target, the more you are going to miss it. For success, like happiness, cannot be pursued; it must ensue, and it only does so as the unintended side-effect of one's dedication to a cause greater than oneself or as the by-product of one's surrender to a person other than oneself.
— Viktor E. Frankl
