It's, the world is closing in on me.
I need to slow down, I need to relax.
Control your breathing. Just like she told you to.
I can't breathe!
I have to sit down. I have to relax. I have to ...
I'm going to pass out.
I have to get out of here.
As I run out of the room everything feels, red. It's creeping around my vision.
No one has a face, they're just blurs it's...
I can't see anything, nothing's around me but I'm crowded.
Bodies are touching me, I'm bumping into furniture.
I can't see any of them.
I know it will pass.
I need it to end now. Right now.
Please?

its good but i stress the panic more, like make the reader really like feel what the speaker is experiencing. make it feel urgent and fast past yet at the same time slow.
I suspect those that have not had a panic attack, whether cumulative or spontaneous, may not relate to this. I have, too many, and the causes life long have been varied. This seems to catch the panic as it unfolds so brings me into the e-motions as they unfold. The plain language to my mind reveals the unfiltered nature of the perception/experience. And interestingly with all the 'junk' going on geo politically, its topical. Good, direct and honest.
