Prophecies, Bloodshed, and Gays

Nahi felt themselves whine again. This was unfair. And rude.

Shara beamed.

Nahi gulped. “H-Have you… checked who your roommate is?”

"Hmm...I have not. I do need to." Shara giggled. "Oooh what if you're my roommate. Take about fate."

Nahi… felt very strongly about that. “I… highly doubt I am.”

Shara giggled. "Well I hope you are. You're so adorable."

Nahi shook their head quickly. “No. No. No. I’m not. I… Much better people to room with. Than me. Cuter people. Better people.”

Shara shrugged. "Honey, the more you try to downplay yourself as a good roommate, the more I'm convinced you would be good." She winked. "If you'd like I would totally put in a request."

Nahi shook their head. “You… you wouldn’t want that. I’m not… I don’t… I’m not liked. Or respected.”

Shara shook her head, confused. "What? Who in the name of Hades' Shiny Underpants picks roommates based on how respected and like they are. Do you think I want to room with you because I think you're some sort of celebrity. I mean...you could totally be. You're a knockout but that is definitely not why."

“Why do you want to room with me, then? Because I’ll just… I’ll get you made fun of. A lot.”

Shara shook her head, even more confused. "Huh? That's very hard to believe."

Nahi shrugged. “You’re… from Camp Halfblood, huh? You’re Greek.”

Shara nodded. "I am."

“Then you don’t know me.” Nahi cringed. “Or the Instagram dedicated to… mocking me.”
