All The Things I Never Said
There's a thousand things I want to tell you
Yet none of them I can, not even a few
I've waited for the right moment, opportunity to say
Yet will I ever even to this day?
Of all the time we spent together
full of opportunity to tell you, yet I knew better.
If I had said that I chose not to tell you would you forgive me?
Yet still I am sure you wouldn't believe me.
I had looked in your eyes, and yet still I struggled
Although I had not lied, it's what I didn't say up it bubbled.
"What is it" you had said, hazel eyes staring deep into mine
But to you I replied "Nothing. I'm fine"
Would you believe me now had I said that I was drowning
My sorrows doused in a bottle I had been downing,
Buried were my thoughts, feelings, words
I shut them up like the small caged birds.
I wish I had said that it was for your life that I feared for you
That loosing you would kill me, its true
If I could say it I would, yet with all my strength I still choke
A thousand things I want to tell you, my heart it is broke
So forgive me if you can, but even if you don't-
There is many things I want to tell you,
Here is one that if you don't believe still is true
One is that it is you I cannot lose

Wrote this as a set of poetry for the reader to figure out what is truly going on, hopefully it does well, but I will be releasing more of it in the future, watch for All The Things She Never Said, All The Things He Never Said, and The Truth In What I Told You.

These lines stick with me the most because I have thought and wrote similar things to this.Correct me if I'm wrong but are this lines saying "I can't lose you" ?

This is probably my favorite part,because I'm hearing it as You don't want to tell them but you want to tell them but you haven't found the right time
As thanks, I am so sorry you've felt this way too, I tried really hard to put the feelings into words, hope you do better. The lines do mean 'I can't lose you' but worded different for poem's sake. Yes, there's a lot of honesty behind this poem, and its a part of what's happened in real life and is a story for those brave (or honest) enough to hear it.
I looked through your stuff and did notice that you wrote some similar things, but I will definitely be going through your stuff and maybe some day we may be able to collaborate, I noticed your is similar to some of my other (no published) works
