There once was a farmer
Was named Ol' Marty
There wasn't a warmer
Heart in the country
But hey, good Ol' Marty
Was old, indeed
The day had been hearty
And his soul was freed
He'd had a young son
Who wasn't as kind
A grumpy, a no-fun
Left all warmth behind
He took up the farm
Ol' Marty's young man
But he just did harm
Placed many a ban
One night, going to bed
The son heard some hums
His face turned bright red
"It's hurting my eardrums!"
He screamed and ran out
"What's making this blare!?"
He let out a shout
His cow was up there.
Englobed in green light
The cow seemed to enjoy
Its very strange flight
The son: "What's this ploy!?"
There was something above
It most definetly was round
It looked like 't'was there of
That came the humming sound
The son tore out his hair
"Cow abducted!" he screamed.
This phenomenon is quite rare
"Those are aliens." he deemed.
But no, those were not
Aliens, nore flying cresson
'T'was just Marty and his ghost lot
Giving his son a lesson.

This is amazing, I love the twist at the end where its actual just the ghosts, i can imagine how funny that would be for the ghost, this definteley a very polished and well written poem, it doesn't feel to serious while keep them humor down enough so its still enjoyable without being forced or overwelming, i do want to say some of the wording felt awkward espeically in some of last parts, but over all a great piece and i'm glad to be the first review
Tysmm!!!
