Hades please just take me away
The night is loud and I can't find the break of day
Every shadow paints another maze on the wall
And every answer feels a thousand miles too small
I walk through halls of echoes and fading names
Trying to outrun storms that don't play fair games
But somewhere underneath the thunder and the gray
A spark keeps whispering, "you don't have to fade away"
The river calls, but I won't cross tonight

I find one light and hold it there
