In My Poetry

Oh monsoon rain,
What great power your droplets hold.
Your clouds line up like the earth's lovely necklace,
And the continuous drizzle of your love
Gives rise to new life.

Oh my lovely moon,
You have arrived smilingly in the courtyard of my heart.
In the light of love, my soul joins a procession
To the city of his heart.
It is a lovely journey;
Getting completely lost here is pure bliss.
I am grateful for this new rebirth.
There is a feeling at this instant,
Which makes me wonder: Are you the one for me?
Have you descended from the land of illusion just for me?
It is such a pleasurable sensation
Please, let me stay in this feeling forever.

This drizzle drips with your fragrance.
The sparkling stars went on holiday after seeing your beauty.
I am a willing prisoner in the prison of your love,
Hold me close, just once.
There is sweetness in the unspoken words on your soft lips;
There is only your signature in the valley of my heart.
Are you aware of this?
Call out my name just once.
Please, listen to me.
Your striking look, like lightning, brought rain to where I stood.
Your warmth brought winter to where I sat.
My soul belong completely to your heart,
And I will surely come to pay my dues.

Oh my dear,
Because of you, my heart dances today.
Because of you, I am flying from where I can stand.
Wherever I go, wherever I return.
I hear the acclaim of your divine beauty.
A fleeting glance, a cloudlet engulfs me from you
I have received your silent, loving invitation.
So please, stop looking at the drizzle,
And start to look into my eyes, which were desperately
Humbling themselves just to love you.
Oh monsoon rain,
What great power your droplets hold.

In a world too often governed by corruption and arrogance, it can be difficult to stay true to one's literary and philosophical principles.
